Charles R. Griffith
Founding Attorney & Partner

Chuck was admitted to the practice of law in 1978 in the State of Ohio.  Chuck is also admitted to the Federal Court in the Southern District of Ohio.  He has considerable experience in all aspects of real estate, probate, business, and corporate law, and civil litigation.

He has extensive experience in purchase and sale transactions; financing for residential, multi-family, and commercial real estate; short sales, receivership, foreclosure, and loan workouts; development; construction and rehabilitation of real estate; drafting of wills and trusts and the administration of estates through the probate court.

Chuck is a member of the real property and probate committees of the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Association; the Ohio Land Title Association and is the past president of the Title Searchers Advisory Association, the Central Ohio Land Title Association, the Reynoldsburg Chamber of Commerce, and the Reynoldsburg Visitors Bureau.

Alex J. Castle
Associate Attorney

Alex was admitted to the practice of law in 2020 and is currently licensed to practice in the State of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. In a few short years Alex has handled thousands of evictions; briefed and presented oral argument before Ohio’s 10th District Court of Appeals; contributed to the significant growth of two prior law firms; and litigated matters for many commercial & residential real estate and business clients.
 
Alex also has experience with probate, estate planning, and general civil litigation. He found his home with Griffith Law Offices late 2023 and has been learning and absorbing all he can under Chuck’s tutelage. 

 

Sydney Bradley
Law Clerk

Sydney is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. She joined Griffith Law after years of working in criminal prosecution and conviction integrity. Sydney has been recognized nationally for pro bono legal work and exceptional trial advocacy, appellate advocacy, and brief writing.

When she is not studying for the Ohio Bar Exam, Sydney enjoys volunteering, spending time in the sun, and tending her collection of plants.

Nancy Choina
Legal Secretary

Before joining Griffith/CTA, Nancy spent 15 years in administrative roles working with the neurodiverse community. She has also volunteered as the Community Outreach and Fundraising Supervisor for the non-profit Creative Fountain. Originally from Columbus, she graduated from high school in Wilmington, Delaware, and spent summers in New Orleans and on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
