Charles R. Griffith
Founding Attorney & Partner
Chuck was admitted to the practice of law in 1978 in the State of Ohio. Chuck is also admitted to the Federal Court in the Southern District of Ohio. He has considerable experience in all aspects of real estate, probate, business, and corporate law, and civil litigation.
He has extensive experience in purchase and sale transactions; financing for residential, multi-family, and commercial real estate; short sales, receivership, foreclosure, and loan workouts; development; construction and rehabilitation of real estate; drafting of wills and trusts and the administration of estates through the probate court.
Chuck is a member of the real property and probate committees of the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Association; the Ohio Land Title Association and is the past president of the Title Searchers Advisory Association, the Central Ohio Land Title Association, the Reynoldsburg Chamber of Commerce, and the Reynoldsburg Visitors Bureau.
Josh Fravel
Attorney & Partner
Josh originally joined Griffith Law as a law clerk while still in law school. He graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and was admitted to the practice of law in 2015.
He is experienced in real estate law, probate law, and civil litigation. He specializes in helping investors grow their real estate portfolios by doing everything from helping with zoning matters, to evicting tenants and preparing LLCs to protect their assets.
He previously served as Chair on the Westerville Board of Zoning appeals and helped coach the Westerville Central Moot Court team.
Josh is admitted to the Federal Court in the Southern District and Northern District of Ohio and is a member of the Ohio Bar.
In 2023 Josh became a member of the Florida Bar and relocated to Clearwater, Florida, where he opened a second branch of Griffith Law. From his Clearwater office, Josh assist clients with matters in both Ohio and Florida.
In his free time Josh can normally be found enjoying the many beaches around him and fishing, or spending time with his cats.
Sydney Bradley
Law Clerk
Sydney is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. She joined Griffith Law after years of working in criminal prosecution and conviction integrity. Sydney has been recognized nationally for pro bono legal work and exceptional trial advocacy, appellate advocacy, and brief writing.
When she is not studying for the Ohio Bar Exam, Sydney enjoys volunteering, spending time in the sun, and tending her collection of plants.
Austin Rex
Law Clerk
Austin graduated from Wright State University in Dayton and migrated to Columbus in 2021 to pursue his studies at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. During his time at Moritz, he also worked in creditor’s rights representation and foreclosure litigation at a local firm. Austin joined Griffith Law following his graduation from Moritz and taking the bar exam, with a focus on committed service to the people and businesses our firm represents.
In his leisure time, Austin is an avid home cook, a frequent concertgoer, and cherishes travel and time spent with family.
Nancy Choina
Legal Secretary
Before joining Griffith/CTA, Nancy spent 15 years in administrative roles working with the neurodiverse community. She has also volunteered as the Community Outreach and Fundraising Supervisor for the non-profit Creative Fountain. Originally from Columbus, she graduated from high school in Wilmington, Delaware, and spent summers in New Orleans and on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
