Anonymous Information
Griffith Law may collect anonymous information about users who visit our site and aggregate this anonymous information for statistical analysis. For instance, we may use it to determine usage patterns so we know which parts of our site are most popular. Examples of the type of anonymous information we collect and how we collect it are:
Internet Tags: provide information about your browser (e.g., Microsoft Internet Explorer®, Firefox®, Google Chrome®), operating system (e.g., Windows, OSX), Internet service provider, geolocation and similar information.

Please note we could use this information to identify you if necessary to comply with legal requirements or for security issues.

What is Personally Identifiable Information? Personally Identifiable Information (“Your Information”) includes information such as your name, email address, Griffith Law, telephone number and copies of communications shared through our contact forms or post comments (not currently an active feature of our website). We collect a minimum of information from our public-facing website due to the confidentiality of client legal information.
How We Collect Your Information. Griffith Law collects Your Information only when you voluntarily provide it to us on our site when you complete a contact form.
You may need to provide Your Information to participate in certain Griffith Law programs and activities or receive certain services or offers.
We will ultimately use either MailChimp or Constant Contact for our email distribution. When an individual subscribes to email or newsletters on our website, that data is transferred to the mailing list for that instrument and stored with our MailChimp/Constant Contact account.
How We Use Your Information. Griffith Law will use Your Information for the purpose for which you give it to us (e.g., to complete an online request or contact form or subscribe as a user in order to comment on a blog post and receive updates,).
We may use Your Information, with your permission, to send you occasional postal and/or electronic mailings about Griffith Law and our services and programs that we think will interest you. While presently not within the scope of our activity, in the future Griffith Law may also use Your Information to send you occasional postal and/or electronic mailings about third parties whose information or services we think may be of interest to you.
How We Share Your Information. Griffith Law may share Your Information with third parties that perform services for Griffith Law such as soliciting event attendance. Griffith Law also reserves the right to disclose Your Information in circumstances that the Griffith Law deems necessary or appropriate, such as to respond to legal process or request from a governmental agency, security reasons or similar situations.
Security. Griffith Law follows best practices to keep Your Information secure and safeguard it from unauthorized access by using special software tools and firewalls to protect our servers and virus/intrusion/malware detection software. However, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so you provide Your Information at your own risk. It is for this reason that we don’t ask you to provide confidential information on our public website.
Links to Other Websites. Our Site may include links to other Websites that may be of interest to you or are referenced within the body of a post. Any links are provided only as a convenience and do not imply any endorsement of another site. Be sure to read the privacy policies on other sites other Websites.
We monitor our website for broken links, but especially with third-parties, we cannot guarantee that a link will remain valid. External links are more difficult to monitor than those linking internally on our site. If you encounter a broken link (a 404 Error – file not found or other server error), we would appreciate an email via our contact form or directly to info@griffithlaw.org with the information so we can secure some type of correction. Sometimes we can re-establish a connection with a new third-party link (sometimes other sites change without notice), and other times, we are forced to remove the link altogether if the data is no longer available. We have no control over third-party information or websites.
Transfer to the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please note that the information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States and that by providing Your Information, you consent to this transfer and storage of the data in the United States. As our practice only targets local clientele, Griffith Law is not governed by the GDPR or other global entities concerned with cookies and data privacy, but we do adhere to secure best practices and never sell your information. Our practice is limited by our licensing.
