Charles R. Griffith
Founding Attorney & Partner
Chuck was admitted to the practice of law in 1978 in the State of Ohio. Chuck is also admitted to the Federal Court in the Southern District of Ohio. He has considerable experience in all aspects of real estate, probate, business, and corporate law, and civil litigation.
He has extensive experience in purchase and sale transactions; financing for residential, multi-family, and commercial real estate; short sales, receivership, foreclosure, and loan workouts; development; construction and rehabilitation of real estate; drafting of wills and trusts and the administration of estates through the probate court.
Chuck is a member of the real property and probate committees of the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Association; the Ohio Land Title Association and is the past president of the Title Searchers Advisory Association, the Central Ohio Land Title Association, the Reynoldsburg Chamber of Commerce, and the Reynoldsburg Visitors Bureau.

Josh Fravel
Attorney/Partner
Josh graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and was admitted to the practice of law. He is also admitted to the Federal Court in the Southern District of Ohio.
While Josh explored other areas of law he found his home as an Associate with Griffith Law Offices in 2015. Before becoming a Partner, Josh gained invaluable experience as a law clerk for the Griffith Law Offices. He is experienced in real estate, probate law, and civil litigation.

Michael Bull
Attorney
Michael graduated from Capital University Law School in 2021 and was admitted to the practice of law the same year. Michael also received a Master’s in Business Administration from Capital University.
Before joining Griffith Law Offices as an Associate Attorney in 2021, Michael gained experience through various clerkships with local law firms and Grange Insurance. Michael’s has experience with areas such as business law, real estate, and estate planning.
Michael is also admitted to the Federal Court in the Southern District of Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Columbus Bar Association.
